Registration of land changes after receiving a gift, a transfer, or under a court judgment.
First-time registration for land declared long ago (Directive 299, Decree 64, old purchases). The lawyer must review the land origin papers first to confirm eligibility. Boundary disputes arising during the process are not included.
Estimated fees, excluding VAT and incidental costs (travel, court fees, administrative fees and charges, postage). If the matter turns out to be complex or new work arises, the lawyer will discuss the fee again after reviewing the file.
